Working Principle
After live pigs are herded into the weighing area, the conveyor guides them to the stainless steel weighing platform. The load cells detect the weight and transmit the signal to the intelligent controller, which quickly calculates and displays the accurate weight. The data is automatically recorded and synchronized to the pig slaughter line management system. After weighing, the conveyor transports the pigs to the next process (stunning equipment) smoothly. The entire process is automated, ensuring no interruption to the slaughter line workflow.
