1. Durable Hot-Dip Galvanized I-Beam Track
The track is made of hot-dip galvanized I-beam, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and impact resistance. It maintains structural stability even in high-humidity abattoir environments, ensuring no deformation or telescopic meshing issues after long-term use, and significantly extending the equipment’s service life.
2. High-Strength Die-Forged Chain Conveying
Equipped with heavy-duty die-forged chains, the conveyor delivers strong traction to stably transport live pigs of different weights. The forged chain structure is compact and wear-resistant, avoiding chain loosening or breakage during operation, and fundamentally eliminating telescopic meshing faults that may occur in conventional chains.
3. Flexible Curved & Incline/Decline Rails
The track system is equipped with custom curved rails, uphill rails, and downhill rails, which can be tailored to the workshop layout. Curved rails provide convenient operating space for workers to hang pigs, while uphill/downhill rails smoothly guide pigs into the scalding tank, realizing seamless connection with subsequent scalding and dehairing processes in the pig slaughter line.

The entire conveying process is driven by a high-power motor and precision transmission system, ensuring smooth and stable operation without sudden jolts. It replaces manual pig handling, greatly reducing labor intensity, avoiding cross-contamination caused by manual contact, and improving the safety and efficiency of pig slaughter line operations.
5. Wide Adaptability to Pig Slaughter Lines
The conveyor is compatible with pig slaughter lines of various scales (daily capacity 50-5,000 pigs) and can be seamlessly connected with upstream stunning equipment and downstream scalding tanks. Its modular design allows for easy installation and maintenance, adapting to different workshop space layouts.
Working Principle
After stunning, live pigs are hung on the conveyor hooks by workers (facilitated by curved rails). The motor drives the die-forged chain to run along the hot-dip galvanized I-beam track. The chain drives the hooks to move stably, transporting pigs through uphill/downhill rails to the scalding tank entrance. Pigs are then accurately dropped into the scalding tank for subsequent processing. The track’s structural stability ensures consistent conveying speed and avoids pig falling or equipment failure during operation.
