Working Principle

The motor drives the drive wheel to rotate, which drives the roller chain and fixed conveyor plates to move. After pigs are stunned, they slide onto the conveyor, where slaughter and bleeding are performed. Blood flows into the dedicated blood chute for collection, and urine is guided to the urine trough for centralized treatment. The entire process is automated, reducing labor costs and improving slaughter line efficiency.
