Henger Team Building Day 2026: Hot Spring Relaxation, Games, and a Shared Feast
Work has its rhythm, and so does life. To enrich the team's cultural life and strengthen cohesion, Henger recently organized a company-wide team building day. All employees traveled together to a warm and comfortable venue for a day that combined a hot spring retreat, leisure activities, and a shared feast — a simple promise kept: time to relax, together.
Group Photo and Opening Remarks
The day began with everyone gathered in good spirits. The full team lined up for a group photo, capturing a warm moment of smiles and shoulder-to-shoulder company. More than a picture, it is a record of a team that works and grows together.

After the photo, the company's leadership offered warm remarks and sincere greetings to all employees. The message was simple: work hard, but also rest well. The team is both a group that moves forward together and a harbor where everyone can rely on one another. The hope is that through this day of ease and good company, everyone can unwind, draw closer, and return to work and life with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
A team that works hard together should also relax well together — recharging is part of preparing for the road ahead.
Games and Quiet Time
In a relaxed corner of the venue, colleagues gathered around a table for friendly card games. Away from the formality of the workplace, the room filled with laughter and light-hearted competition — a natural way to shake off fatigue and build rapport.

Others chose a quieter pace, settling in with a good book and enjoying unhurried personal time. Active or calm, everyone found their own way to unwind — which is exactly what a good day off should offer.
A Shared Feast
No team day is complete without good food. A generous spread of dishes, with a variety of flavors for every taste, brought everyone to the same table. Between courses, conversations flowed freely — stories, daily life, and easy laughter shared across the table.
