1. Cleaning

Select high-quality tomatoes and use a bubble washer for preliminary cleaning to remove residual pesticides, mud and dirt on the surface.

2. Crushing

Send the tomatoes to the crusher by the elevator for crushing to increase the pulping rate.

3. Pulping

The pulping machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with a high pulping rate, to separate the pulp from the skin and seeds.

4. Concentration

The vacuum concentrator performs film evaporation under vacuum conditions, with a large heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short flow time and high operational flexibility.

5. Sterilization

The ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization temperature is 135-140℃, and the heat preservation is 4 seconds to meet the commercial sterility requirements. With aseptic filling and aseptic workshop, it does not need to be stored at room temperature, and the shelf life can reach 1-6 months.

6. Filling

Electrically controlled movement, strong stability; equipped with a positioning device to screw on the cap standard, easy to operate; wide locking range, can lock bottle caps of different shapes and specifications; solves the problem of difficult screwing of nozzles, pump heads, spray pumps, and hand-clip nozzles; the locking speed is adjustable, and the tightness can be adjusted according to different bottle caps.
