1. Cleaning
For fruits and vegetables that float during cleaning, a spray device can be added to the upper end of the cleaning pool to perform high-pressure washing and floating of the floating materials. During cleaning, spray pipes and nozzles are added to the upper part of the mesh belt, and the materials are sprayed in a cycle through a high-pressure water pump to perform secondary cleaning of the materials.

2. Juicing
The fruit is forced to be squeezed and cut in half for juice extraction by using the counter-rotating rollers. It is suitable for continuous and automatic juicing of citrus, lemons, and oranges. After the citrus, lemon, and orange fruits are graded and oiled, they are sent to this machine, and the whole fruit is continuously and automatically cut into two halves through a bowl-type conveying mechanism, and sent to the left and right vertical drums for counting and automatic separation of the peel, juice, and residue.

3. Degassing
The vacuum degassing tank, also known as the vacuum degassing tank or vacuum degassing machine, is used to degas the homogenized juice under vacuum to prevent the juice from oxidizing and extend the storage period of the juice.

4. Sterilization
Ultrasonic instantaneous sterilization temperature is 135-140°C, and the temperature is kept for 4 seconds to meet commercial sterility requirements. With aseptic filling and aseptic workshop, it does not need to be stored at room temperature, and the shelf life can reach 1-6 months.

5. Filling
The automatic bottle filling line integrates flushing, filling, sealing, labeling, and coding. It adopts advanced mechatronic control technology and has the characteristics of reasonable and reliable structure, exquisite appearance, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
